KX80 blowing sparks from exhaust

When i was behind my son yesterday i noticed the odd spark coming from his exhaust???
His bike still runs as it should....
Anyone else seen / heard of this before???

has the expansion chamber ever been cleaned?...
I had a CR125 back in the '80's that did that before, and I found cleaning out the pipe of old deposits, and repacking the silencer nice and tight cured it.

packing blowing out, especially if someone used home insulation to pack it

yup my 125 shot sparks from the pipe it didnt have any packing lol
