Is is hard to find a used Scott's dampener?

I have been looking at and reading every review I can find about these.  I would guess from what I have read about them that once somebody gets one, they probably dont get rid of them.  Is it possible to find them for sale used? The brand new price for the kit is quite a ways out of my budget but I would really like to have one. Any Ideas on this?

There rare,but around once in a while,so they seem to go for a lot.Just start saving up!
