500af frame only project

if i just buy a used frame, and a plastic set as well as a new ims tank and step seat , will my 97 swingarm and forks bolt onto a later aluminm frame.

as far as the forks no cause i tried the same thing with mine and the head tube for the triple clamps is a different length
