Title: 1999 Kawasaki KX250 engine build for Rusty
Post by: sandblaster on October 07, 2015, 12:59:14 PM
Customer came in with most of his own parts for this build so I won't print out a list but rest assured there is plenty being replaced
We just got the crank back from Millennium Tech with a Wossner rod kit installed.
Cases have been lapped, modded, and cleaned, and we are ready to start the build.

Tuck, your just down the road a bit.
The next engine build you do, knock the seals and bearings out of it, get rid of the gasket material, de-grease it, and ship it to me.
I will send it back looking better then new..
Or, if your going through town, swing in with your engine cases and do it yourself..

I don't remember what the total was on the parts because he bought several on eBay and elsewhere to save every penny he could.
The labor to disassemble, clean, inspect, vapor blast, and rebuild was 350.00.
And no, I couldn't give two hoots where the parts come from as long as our recommended parts list is filled  :-D
