Customer came in with most of his own parts for this build so I won't print out a list but rest assured there is plenty being replaced
We just got the crank back from Millennium Tech with a Wossner rod kit installed.
Cases have been lapped, modded, and cleaned, and we are ready to start the build.

No billet clutch arm?
-
This is one of our budget builds 8-)
-
So beautiful it hurts. Amazing job, Sandblaster.
-
Oh WOW! How did you get the engine so clean?
Also has it been vapour blasted?
And did i hear billet clutch arm? Were would i get one as mine needs replacing anyways
-
Good call, that is indeed vapor blasting. He teases us with it every so often. :-D
-
I must have used a half gallon of acetone, twenty coffee filters and two hours cleaning the innards of last engine I put together and
it pales in comparison.....
Wer'e not worthy
-
Tuck, your just down the road a bit.
The next engine build you do, knock the seals and bearings out of it, get rid of the gasket material, de-grease it, and ship it to me.
I will send it back looking better then new..
Or, if your going through town, swing in with your engine cases and do it yourself..
-
i am in love.. whats something like this cost to have done? full complete reubuid like he did?
-
I don't remember what the total was on the parts because he bought several on eBay and elsewhere to save every penny he could.
The labor to disassemble, clean, inspect, vapor blast, and rebuild was 350.00.
And no, I couldn't give two hoots where the parts come from as long as our recommended parts list is filled :-D
-
nice.. that was a very nice build.. that thing looks brand new
-
That's what we shoot for... Make it look and run better then new 8-)
-
Pre lubed and almost done

How do you remove the bearings you can get behind to knock out?
-
You just need the right tool 8-)
