the cases are still available new, if you dont find a good used pair...

They list them new, but when they go to order them they send you a sad notice that they can't get them :cry:

The guy I bought it from apparently did a budget top end and while it was breaking in the piston skirt broke off and the connecting rod halted motion when the pieces bound in between the crank and case.  I just got off the phone with him, and he isn't very sympathetic to my problem. I've been reviewing all year part numbers to find an acceptable donor set. Any help would be graciously appreciated.  :cry:

I haven't completed a profile as of yet, but I'm Brian. I'm in Birmingham, and I'm a little bummed right now.

OK I found another '93 that's been pampered, and it's a one owner. I'm going to part out the one I bought with the cracked cases. Figured I'd give you guys first cracks at it. Thanks for the support.
