Post up some pictures as I have been posting pics of modified KXs on a couple of other forums, unfortunatly I didn't have any of quads :(

I was trying to show how versatile KX500 engines really are :D

Regards Scott :D

MY motor is torn down right now,but when I get it back together i will send pics.Going to get the crank balanced or trued or both or whichever works to reduce vibes.

I used an '89 suzuki quadracer frame.I built my own mounts and modified a pro circuit pipe to work. Built my own +3 a -arms up front.Vibrates a little too much though. But, I later found out my crank was worn where it rides the bearings wich can lead to vibes.I am looking for any and all remedies for the vibes.Working on gusseting the frame right now and saving money for the crank and crank work.

Balancing the crank would be number one on my list for reducing vibration. You can also fill the frame with expandable foam and use a bar snake in the handlebars.
