Completely disassembled, cleaned, serviced, and ready for pics and listing tomorrow.
Didn't know you needed a engine...
Oh, and the crank side play is a tight .018" which is within new specs...

This engine would have the big flywheel and good ignition correct? Looking to upgrade the 87's ignition.

Sorry buddy.... sold it.
I have a 93 flywheel (Big) and a cdi but the stator is long gone.

Still have the bottom end? I just picked up a '93, barn find. Cylinder was removed but bike is complete. Everything looks good on closer inspection after she was put on her stand in the basment. When I was checking out the bottom end I turned the crank by hand with the c.r. and at bdc it stops turning. Metallic feel to the stop. Now I'm a little concerned. Rebuild isn't a problem and you guys seem to be very knowledgeable. I've been reading your posts for 2 days straight. I want it right...previous owner said it seized running on the table but the piston skirt is broken. Cylinder looks good but I'm open to plating or wtf ever. Now, give me your knowledge and knowhow so I may use it to leave you all in my tornado of dirt and fumes whilst we race towards the finish in a swarm of screaming green fury.
