42 is unbelievably low but I know you worked toward it.  I'm at a 55 and may drop to a 52 just for s**ts and giggles.  The thing I'm working on is the screw and it just doens't help so that kinda points to the jet.  However mine idles fine with the 55.

Ill try to find a 55 as i couldnt at the local shop and try that out to see if it reveals anymore power

AFASTboy, start one by one, a big jump may cause problems. But, if it is the next step down, give it a shot. :-)

AFASTboy, Mine is jetted spot on (finally) and it still (and always has) surges a bit when you chop the throttle ie., decel. from high speed.  It's not a big deal so I got used to it and quit worrying about it. Probably not the answer you were looking for. Cam.
