looks like its been sleeved to me, if not then it might be the only option you may have. mine is a 2000 and i have 2 barrels one sleeved and the other nikasil, have treid both and i couldn't tell the difference between them with the seat of my pants.

I'm sorry for your experience. You always wish your new bike purchase in a positive one. Suck it up learn a valuable lesson,  MANY sellers are friggin idiot liars ! I got screwed royally when I bought a used '84 KX125, the frame was cracked, and the crank was BENT !  But the seller assured me the bike was in "mint" condition !!  :x

The shop tells me they can save it with an 88mm bore.  It's sleeved already so one last size on this one. They are also going to clean up the head.

 Sorry to hear about your engine.

 But the transformation you did on the bike looks great. The white accents really helps make it look different, but no doubt it is a Kawi.

 Hope you get it up and running and roosting soon.
