Looks great! What hose did you use for the right side coolant passage on the cylinder?
A couple of 03 and 04 KXs, a few YZs, 3 PE 400s, a DR and a TS.

Good to see some one run the coolant lines tha same as a 500 setup, could not understand why all the extra hoses used on other conversions.
Is the clearance not there on the right hand side engine coolant hose?? To hard to mod the pipe?? I plan to build one of these, but can't see the point of the U shape hose, looks like a air lock in the making ?!?!?
Bike looks mint but !!

The U shaped hose is similar shape to the Service Honda no problems with air locks so far 5 tanks of fuel through it already. There is no room beside the cylinder for the cast inlet I did not feel like cutting up my new pipe trying to fit it around the inlet flipping it upsidedown with a U hose saved fabbing time for me.Not saying someone could not come up with an idea to get rid of that hose.I have a Procircut pipe off my old 500 I will try fitting it this winter.
