kx500 AF frame concerns

hi all
i am new to this forum but i have been surfing through here for a few weeks as i couldnt register due to some issues you guys had with spam or something.

iv recently bought a kx500 AF but i bought it in bits due to the guy splitting parts of the bike.
iv been wanting one of these machines for years.

the bike has not arrived yet but should be here later this evening.

i cant wait to get out on it but i have a few concerns regarding the frame. i have heard alot of people are having frame snapping issues?? a friend of mine had a cr500 AF and snapped that in half. im going to have radiology done on frame it to check for any bad welds or cracks.

are there any signs to be looking out for , obviously look for bad welds and so on , but i just wanted to know if any of you chaps have any common faults to look out for. Cheers

Mine was built by Service Honda on an "08" chassis. No problems yet and I have not heard of any where Kawasaki is concerned.

mine was not built by service . as were over in england . it was made and fabricated from a kxf450 08 chassis , i just wondered if anyone had any issues , or they knew anything about any problems they encountered .
