I could break an anvil.

Put an 11t sprocket on front of my KLX and didn't realize that the chain rubbed.  It wore away a good part of the seal bore.  I think I can get a seal to seat but I sure would like to build up the removed area.  JB Weld is a pretty good candidate, however I'm thinking that something more solid -like a putty consistency- may work better since it's less likely to run, sag or drip.

Any suggestions?

Ive used Jb weld to do it, but engine was out of the frame so i could lay it on its side to keep the JB weld from running. Also for extra peace of mind, I installed a new seal using case sealer (Yamabond, Threebond 1194,etc).

The collar is 25mm ID X 32mm OD X 10.5mm Length.

thanks! ill measure my collar. and if it measures up ill be ordering a kx500 sprocket collar.

That looks exactly like my situation.  Never thought about laying the bike over.

JB Weld makes a putty.  Anyone ever try that?
