Remove the grey plastic cover and the black rubber cover as well. Then most likely you could see where leak is. Power valver or from clutch side?

Check your clutch plates dude!

And i'd say that oil is coming from your exhaust port and dribbling down the side.. What Fuel/Oil mixture are you using?

Thats a 32:1 mix tho? 1989Kawasaki told me to use 40:1 so that might help you.
40:1 is 3.2 oz per gallon

But if your oil is grey check your clutch plates

yeah 40:1 should be good . and use amsoil INTERCEPTOR not dominator , because interceptor is designed specifically
for powervalve engines and it doesnt gum them up , for example i peeked inside the exhaust port in my rm and everything is clean as a whistle.

and i dont understand ounces and gallons one bit so you mix ( for 40:1) 500ml of interceptor with 20 liters of gas.

92049A Looks like a seal from the power valve gov. That boot looks like it has some non oem tears in it which will allow crud in to take out the seal.
To me that looks like trans fluid/ gear oil. The powervalve goop that runs down your pipe is usually thicker.
Without it being in front of me it is only a guess.

I have your exact bike 1993 kx 125 and had the exact problem. I cleaned the power valve (that wasn't gunked at all) and still had the problem.

There is an O-ring on a round seal held in by a screw behind that plastic cover with the rubber boot (part 92055A on the part diagram). Replace it and you should be good to go.

I just used an o-ring out of a refrigerant kit I bought for $9.99 at Harbor freight. Came with a couple hundred o-rings at many different sizes. Don't waste your money on the OEM for a few $$$ for 1 o-ring.

The o-ring i used was slightly larger in thickness and smaller in diameter by just a hair, but stretching it made it about the same size. Not the same as they call for, but all it does is keep that burnt oil from leaking out. It is nothing critical. I rode mine for the longest time just making a mess, not sure why it was leaking.

God Bless!

hah my 89 250 does the same thing... leaks spooge all over the place, Ill fix it on my next top end along with milling my head and porting  :-D but I think theirs just a little broken o-ring letting the unburned mix slide out the powervalve actuator arm... I wouldn't be too concerned just take it apart and figure it out on your next top end, unless you find a way to fix it with the cylinder on 8-)

On my bike there is just a phillips head screw holding in the sleeve which has the o-ring on the outside of it (the one that leaks).

To replace it simply undo the nut on the governor and remove the rubber boot and plastic cover. Then undo the phillips head screw and pull out the sleeve with the o-ring and replace it. It does not require pulling apart the KIPS or top end (at least on my bike).
