1. that is weed eater oil... wont work worth a d**n in a motorcycle

2. Mobile 1 is Synthetic oil... will make the clutch plates SWELL so the clutch will stick, and also slip.

3. when packing a mufler.. you wrap the packing around the Silancer (part laying on bench)... TIGHT... tape it, wire it, etc  then JAM it back into the pipe..

4.   Nice looking dog.  :-D

5. I think you need more bicycles You dont have enough

 :-D
Thanks Rad, I can use all the help I can get.
And I did find the slide, needle and spring...I still don't know how it all fit in the top of the carb without poking through the throat.
Chris is currently looking for a good pre-mix.   Castor 927 would be my first pick as this is a non pv engine.
However it would necessitate keeping the top end clean....I asked him to see what was available local to keep from having to pay shipping charges. let us know what he finds and we can make a recommendation.

Cases are together and flywheel installed with custom woodruffkey (flat file and sore fingers) pics tonight.
I bet MoRad would make an Excellent Teacher...

I went to sears and they didnt have any premix so i have to order that online somewhere...but while I was there I bought antifreeze. It says it protects against aluminum and works on any vehicle.

If you have to go out of the way, just order it and have it shipped.  You won't have to bother your folks.
 Here's what happened today..

Amazing Job! I could not thank you enough! Did you order the clutch cover or fix the crack? And did you find out where that random washer I gave you went?

BOO-YA!    It wasn't looking good when I came home and saw the condition of the box on my doorstep...
The first clue was the trail of peanuts from the curb to the door!

Just make sure its Silicate free..

silicates (abrasive in nature) damage the  water-pump seals.

Tuck, you should double or even triple box that motor when you send it back, and you should put styrofoam sheets between each box within the biggest box. just a tip  :-D
