Ok so I rub oil with my fingers everywhere when I finally finish the engine. Then I fill it up with the oil.

only coat the cyl, piston , rod bearings, crank bearings. then put in the tranny oil

yep. I pushed the rings in with my fingers and it went in. It's just that when its in the cylinder I can't move it anymore. It's really tight in there.

Sure the rings are lined up with the locating pins? and you put it all together straight...

Sounds like ring hooking a port to me...

Well It didn't slide up and down without oil and then I couldnt get it in the cylinder because I didn't squeeze the rings together.

Make sure the letter on the ring is facing up too.

Ok guys, this is where I am at right now. I got my local shop to take the phillips engine bolts out then the next day I got help from them again with taking out the flywheel. The guy was nice and did it for free even though he doesn't even work on dirt bikes. I don't want to bother him again. I have the flywheel and stator off of the bike. I am trying to split the engine so I have to take the clutch and the primary gear and the kick start idler off, correct? The bolts are all too tight I can't get them. The thing is I would need a case splitter and a crank puller installer after I get those bolts off. I would also need to buy the crankshaft that comes with seals, bearings, and gaskets. Does anyone have the tools I could borrow? I am already far into this project. After I buy the crankshaft kit I am 950 into this bike. I would be very greatful if someone would let me borrow their tools for splitting the cases and putting the crank off and on. Thank you.

you can make a case splitter. use a square piece of 8-10 mm steel, a centre hole with a thread for end of crank, and 2 threaded holes to put screws into the stator holes and voila, case entry. theres a thread on here with a pic, cant remember where tho. hopefully someone does.hth.
And lo, I did loft the front wheel and carried it forth to the unbelievers, and cast it down before them and said unto them ''look now upon the might of my throttle control ye pitiful cretinous ones''
And the unbelievers did quake in their boots....

Your local auto parts store normaly "rents" tools.  Mostly they are free.. You put down a deposite, and they refund you when you return the tool...
Steering wheel pullers work great ;). With some appropriately sourced bolts.

Well it's a store that sells and repairs/services on snowblowers, lawnmowers, weedwackers, leafblowers, etc. The guy there let me borrow his impact driver but I couldn't do it so I brought the engine to him and he loosened these bolts. Then I got to some more bolts that were too tight. So he did it again. Now I have more bolts that are too tight again.

Ok guys. I purchased this crankshaft with a lot of needed things:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250734973233&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWNX%3AIT

Now I gotta get the engine apart. I have the motor off the bike and the flywheel and stator off. I have the engine phillips head bolts off that splits the engine. On the other side of the engine I can't get the clutch center bolt off or the primary gear bolt off.
