Hey Buddy,
The rice acts as a desiccant and draws the moisture out of the phone.
I got the funds today from our Philanthropist.  You will have made a young Brutha' very happy when this things
Fires up.  I matched the ports, (there were  no two alike) Matched the intake gaskets,  raised the exhaust 1.5mm and widened the exhaust to 21 mm & Opened up the exhaust flange to meet the crush ring marks.

   Tuck\o/

That`s a great idea. A guy can pick up so much stuff.
My thing is I need to slow down and take my time.
I know it`s hard with the way the world is on full throttle mode these days.
Sounds like Chris is gunna have the quickest 60 in town.
Hope the young man has some ridin gear.

ya know what ya would get if UPS and FedEx went into buisness together.

FeedUp.

Get it Chris.

Hope your bike is as fast as you cat.

Out

 Great...
I sent the carb priority usps.  Let me see if I can track it down... I insured it for $100.
Maybe we'll be getting you a carb off an 80...Zoom Zoom!

Well this is just dandy, or should I say Par for the course...
The items at Motosport are in stock waiting to ship at the warehouse....for what I don't know. I sent CM a copy of the e-mail ..I could have ordered direct from Kawasaki by now...

The carb box Shipping  #13093480000045899537  zone#8 Priority Mail
The post office has no record of the package or the Clymer I sent the same day Shipping # 13093480000045899414

I could box up the engine and send it Back to CM &  fwd the parts on to him when I DO receive them.
The only part of the process that concerns me is the H2o pump shaft has to line up in the slot in the drive gear off the crank, while at the same time passing through the bearing and seal located in the sidecover.
With all the talk about how long it takes to get your work done,
What do you guys think?

One thing I learned the hard way over the years is patience is a virtue. Especially when dealing with rebuilds. The young fella waited this long he might as well see it through. Sometimes these things happen. To all of us. I say keep it and finish her right. You put alot of time and effort in the build, and I would love to see the young buck get alot of ride time out of the bike. You are the man tuck, wish the world had many more like you!

Hey guys,

Thanks for all the support. Tuck, I would rather wait for you to be done than send it to me and me doing something wrong and getting all sad cause I have to go into the engine again! lol. And Tuck, dont worry how long it takes. I am in no hurry. It's fine. Thanks again.

  Weird?
Those are Tygon, they won't get brittle, dry or crack. You will have to cut them to length.
I'm glad it arrived,  Be careful installing that Clip, they have a tendency to fly across the room!

Make sure the throttle operates without sticking.
