Hey guys! Tuck texted me to let me know that he got the package today and is working on it already! He said he will post pics tomorrow morning.

Sweet. that means he can ship me the parts he sold me off of it...

that was actually kind of funny!!!

If not for the shipping damage,  all I would have had to do is a good cleaning for the most part...
The water pump shaft is worn and the sidecase is broken.   I swear the hardest part is getting the pics uploaded...

Oh WOW! I am impressed on how you took literally the WHOLE engine apart! When I regain some money Im gonna have to dip into my future car money and pay you back. So you just need to order the one case and the water pump? Where was the clip?!?!? stuck on the crank or just sitting in there? Thanks again Tuck, you saved me and I owe you. Thanks everyone.

I've been trying to upload some more pics but am about to blow up this computor as it has really ticked me off....

Yes CM I had to take the whole engine down.    Today is gonna be mostly cleaning.
I get paid the 10th so I'll have to wait a few days to order a new water pump shaft, woodruff keys, and find a clutch cover.

Don't you dare dip into the car fund, you have no Idea how expensive that's gonna be.!

I'll upload some more pics to the Photobucket acct.   If I was better with that kind of stuff I would put it all on disc so you can see whats going on.  I'm pretty bad at that stuff  so it isn't gonna happen.
I have to get back to work!

Hehe the funny thing is I am excellent at computers, but not so great with these motors. Well I have gotten MUCH better after this engine. What are woodruff keys? I will have to at  least pay you some money by mailing it to you in the mail. Haha Im planning on a c3 corvette and Im paying half and my parents are the other half. I am never selling this bike probably in my lifetime cause after all this work it's a life remembrance and I will probably pass it on to future children for them to enjoy. So you are the savior and my future children will hear about all of you helping me with this bike! hahahahah! Good luck and thanks!

 Jinkies Mate!
I will be able to find one here much cheaper!  We have a resident breaker (Sandblaster) I'll check with him.
I also have to get a small list of bolts, keys and a waterpump seal and shaft.

Here's the head and cyl after surfacing,

Woodruff keys keep something lined up on a shaft.

Breaks over,  Back to work... :-D

 Thanks,
It takes a bit longer by hand.  I was trying to take out some of the dings in the head without compramising the sealing surface.  Here's the before pic.

This was purchased off ebay previously by the owner as the head and cyl that came with the bike was...unable to perform any further service...or   blown up...

run 32:1 oil mix , and keep the air filter clean.  and you might want to have your carb rejetted before you ride it for the first time
