I'd part it out in a heart beat.....however doing so would saturate the market with good quality items and instantly DE-VALUE the parts and accessories of other makes and models.... :-D

now that everything is on the bench... (minus 1 flywheel)...


Jug got rejected from plate 2-3 times... Glad they were anal about their work.. I prefer that over anything else.. (perhapse they knew it would be in my hands in the end?  :lol: )

Looking at it...   I think the plating process made a crack show up at the exahust bridge, where they do.. (casting seam).

they welded it up and finished it off nice..

the BIG ASS cracks in the intake briges are now gone.. and look very nice.

I need to re-port some stuff from them welding on the jug... no big deal (sharpen dividers back up again)..

And the bore checks to EXACTLY 86mm with my bore gauge..   (perfect)  Sorry no picture of that...

The fix... Your a lucky boy that I have more Kx500 gaskets than Kawasaki....  (all in any thickness you want)...





I left your CLY next to some miricle grow... and the Exh port grew... By just over .125'
