Oh...  I should have taken before and after pics of all the primary gears... going through the ultrasonic cleaner... HOLY CRAP. there was lots of junk on them..


also.

Ran all the clutch hub etc through to get all the alum particals out.


then decided to run the clutch disks through..

...

wowsa you should have seen all the crud that came out of the disks.. 

bet you have the cleanest used clutch plates in the world..

Get rid of the R1 before it taints the kawi!!!

Motorrad are you sure you didn't throw gears from another engine in there? I'll see if I can find my manual.

XL100 is close to the same thing right? lol

For the record I only consult the manual when I'm having an issue or when I need torque specs. I've been tinkering with bikes too long to need step by step instructions so I understand Motorrad.

LMAO! I love this site. Never fails to put a smile on my face or make me laugh so hard it hurts.

Can't seem to locate my manual. It's probably in storage. I'm on a quest to find it though. That is the most important book I own.
