Q. all i am rebuildin my top end and i inspected my piston rod up and down no movement but side to side a bit . i stuck a feeler guage in there and i have 0.022 in  i know the service limit is 0.028 do you think i will be ok for one more season cause i allready have to replace the whole top end and replate the cylinder so kinda getin high on the funds lol but anyways  do you guys or gurls lol think i will be fine

A. if you really think you should rebuild the crank then do it. 0.022 sounds really close to 0.028 service limit

i just took the water pump cover off grab the inpeller and it has some movement is that ok i think i will leave the crank for now might do it half way through the season i should be fine hey

i think both bearings are worn and maybe seal and or the shaft itself
