Slight crack/chip on cylinder port bridge?

I didn't have this little crack/chip before I sent my cylinder to US Chrome, but it came back with it. It just looks like where a little bit of the weld came off during the plating process. This isn't a problem is it? Otherwise the cylinder is beautiful. They had to plate it twice. The first time around was no good, they got a blister in the plating, so they had to strip it down a second time and re-do it. Last pic is just the pretty plating

is the plating lifting there or just a crack.
