Sorry Guy's I'll get a service manual shorty, I'm spending all money on service/maintenance items for the bike.

Questions:
1) The adjustments on top of the fork legs are they for compression or rebound? Or do they do both? How many clicks are there?
2) What would cause the adjustment srews on top of the fork legs to be stuck? One will not rotate and the other maybe two clicks?
3) The rear shock has adjustment screw located near the bottom (where rebound adjustment is on bigger bikes) is that for rebound or both rebound and compression? How many clicks for adjustment?
