kx500 project newbie

Hey my name is Nate and I am from michigan, I am putting a 97 kx 500 motor in a 2009 kx250f chassis. I joined the kxriders cause u guys have a lot of useful information in this area and make this conversion a lot easier :-D

Welcome to the site. I live in Bay City, MI. Where are you at? This is the BEST forum I have joined. Everyone's willing to help any way they can. Lots of great knowledge to learn on here that's for sure.
It's hard to keep a drivers license riding a 2 stroke dirt bike on the street.  If you drive within the law they are VERY boring.

Hey Nate,
 I don't remember anyone regretting doing the conversion, I would love to build one someday.
  The forum threads on conversions have lot's of pics and there is usually someone who can answer your question in a day or so.  Best of Luck and Welcome!

I live around the rochester area goat, and as far as the information I have already have picked up from the kxriders site all is looking good!
