KX500 roadbike?

Wasn't there a chap on this forum making this.
I'm pretty sure he came on here asking for some details a while ago, anyway, whilst I was doing a Google image search I found some pictures that interested me and here it is. I'm sorry about the size of the picture but that's just what size it worked out at.

No, I was just doing a Google image search after seeing that Roland sands CR500 hybrid with the roadrace wheels and suspension and wondering if anyone had done the same with a KX500.

Google Images turned up a picture of that bike and I read the thread about it, I seem to remember someone coming onto this forum with fairly hazy pictures of that bike that he was building and thought you guys might like the look of it.

It doesn't look fully finished (as far as I can see the footrest is hung on the swingarm and not on a proper hanger) but its a good effort all the same.

Here's that Roland Sands CR thing that started me off looking...


I like the basic idea of the CR one but considering Roland Sands is supposedly a real perfectionist, it seems a bit err... well...Dare I say it...
 Rough looking?
