have you tried contacting your Kawie dealer?
unfortunately European and U.S. #'s are different...
the fact that the "ke" in your engine ID, suggests that it is a "K" model as you suspected, which ran from '94 to'98.

here's a pretty good break down on engine ID's and part #'s and such...

post a pic of your bike...maybe there'll still be some distinctive "signs" to help determine it's year...such as some OEM graphics or seat.
the '96's had purple shrouds and fork protectors.

here's the complete list of new 125's over the years...maybe this can be useful....

yes, i know this site.
Mine has white fork protector, i think is a '97 but i would like to be sure because i have damaged the cylinder in the little portion beetwin the two "exhaust holes"....
So, since you only have always reply to my answers, i ask you what cylinder (model year) is compatible with my engine?
Thanks
Andrea

the '96 and '97 share the same part # for the cylinder, which is #11005-1840
I'm not sure if the '94  '95 and '98 are compatible with the '96 & '97 since they share different part numbers....
give it a little while...hopefully someone with more experience with this era 125 will chime in and shed some light on it.
