i removed the muffler to try to eliminate the possibility of a pluged muffler
what is this "ultra sonic cleaner" ... Im going to look at that.

i would love to do that, every other LT i have seen was converted to the pwk. The Suzuki shop i worked at when they sold them new they put a differnt carb on them i dont remember what carb though
I still think the front wheel bearings are the cause, better check the bleanker fluid and muffler bearings

Nah, it's not a wheel bearing issue. I'd check the tire pressures if I was you. If that doesn't fix the problem then get fresh batteries for the TV remote, drag the refrigerator into the lounge and put your feet up.

Check the pick up coil. The wires may be damaged.

i had a 34tm on a lt250r that had oil dry in small machined jets. The carb worked half assed the entire time i owned it, I finally found the one last drilled in the carb body jet that was clogged. Unclogging it did not help.
I bought another carb that was the same off ebay for $60. It was in great shape and worked perfectly.
These carbs are hit and miss and some people hate them for this reason.
Use a more modern Keihin PWK air stryker and dont look back.
