Triple Clamps on right?

Do I want the triple clamp to hang over the top fork plate or hang out closer to the gas tank....?
Never took a pair off before and didn't look at what I was doing....nice new bushing though

Are they right in the pic or do I have to 180 them?

MAybe the dumb ? of the year......

It has been mid 30s to mid 40s here for a while. Wouldn't be bad if it would either quit raining orcool off and snow again. Every day I look at the bike I want to take it out and ride.
