I love dogs... all dogs... even the little worthless yappers. My 9 yr old female American Pitbull Terrier has by far been the best dog Ive owned in my life and I've had Collies, Collie/Shepard mix, doberman, St Bernard, Shi Tzu, Pomeranian, and Chiuahua, etc... Like BDI said though... its gonna break my heart when she passes cause I doubt I'll ever find an adequate replacement. APBT's may not be much for hunting but definitely gets 100% of my vote for family dog, loyalty, and security. Congrats on the new puppy. I love puppies!!!

German Shorthair Pointer.  No question.  I had a few years ago.  Now my wife and I have German Shepherds.  No dog can compare to them.  (Yea I know, we all feel that way about our dogs).
