Just popped in to say hi to all you guys on here.Started racing way back in 84 on a yz125,then cr125.Then bought a brand spanker kx250 in 1988.After that followed another kx250 and then moved on to the kx500s and cr500s before a crf450.Then went twinshock racing owning 5or 6 maicos and a cr450[t/s convertion].Finally winning the over 40s and intermediate titles in the uk in 2008.Then followed a major ankle repair operation and a career change.This weekend i purchased a basket case kx500 1988 which i am eager to get up and running so any help and advise from people on here would be welcomed.Already found lots of good info in the threads and a real cool looking decompression mod which i am considering.Look forward to using this site.
