Here's another fix for that worn out hole. Take a piece of conduit and cut a piece just thicker than the aluminum mount. Make sure the conduit is larger diameter than the hole. Cut a section out of the slice of conduit until you are able to shape the conduit around a socket the same size as the mounting hole. Tap the new steel sleeve into the mounting hole and wiggle in the rubber mount. The steel doesn't wear out the aluminum hole as quickly as the rubber mount, and your muffler will be tight for another year.
I have one FMF spark arrester that is so bad that the holes are about gone. I plan to section the top mount from my stock muffler (never been used anyway), cut the worn out mount off the FMF, and weld on the stock mount. should get another couple of years out of my FMF before I have to either rebuild it again or replace it.
