Has anyone tried the Michelin starcross sand4 rear tire ? It looks too be a paddle tire with knobs. Just wondering for those of us that may go sand dragging. CBX

Make sure you get the desert it and not the strait it. Everyone I know who ran the IT in the desert had all of the knobs break off before the tire was half worn out.

Running that on the 125 Sand Bike & yes it hooks, but dont know how well it would fair on your Monster K5 :-D

I also prefer the larger 90/100-21. In the desert over the smaller standard 90/90-21

Hey Dold,
I ran a Michelin on my 250 once.  Its a GEM, and I dont think they ever wear out.   :-D   Or do I recall someone poking fun at my bike with an old worn out tire?
