Will a KLX450 rear wheel fit a late model KX250?

I've got an '02 KX250 and want to get an 18" rear wheel to race offroad and was wondering if anyone knew if a KLX wheel will fit.

I don't think it will, A KX250 has a 19 inch rear tire, as the KLX has a 18, so you would need a diffrent rim and stuff.

Not to seam nasty, but.........
He wants to know if the axle diammeter, sproket and disc offset is the same, so he can run the 18 inch rim!
I want to know the same!

Exactly Dubious. I want to race one of the Canadian Enduro Rounds next year but want to run an 18" rear. I was looking at a KLX in the showroom and I think the rim will fit but I don't know if the sprocket and disc will. It looks like the hub is smaller.

Just to clarify. You know how those parts guys are

KFX450 is the Kawasaki quad although it's actually called KFX450R.
KX450F is the MX bike and it has a 19" rear wheel with a 120/80-19 tire.

I have a 2006 KLX250,  I think it has an 18" rear wheel.
The weather has been so nice were riding every chance we get but after turkey day
it's going to turn cold and wet.  It's buried in the back of the garage.
I can dig it out then if you want measurements.
You could go to Babbitt's online parts look up.  See if part numbers are the same.
