hey guys im hopeing this will work! im taking plastic off of a 07 ktm 250sx and fitting it to my 91 k5 i will get some pics on when i can

you may feel a large lightning strike when touching that KTM plastic to the kx 500. :-o :-o you may anger the k5 gods. :lol: :lol: why on earth would you do such a thing to a mighty k5?????     MADDOGGY

I actually loved the old-school KX fenders they used to have with the number-plates built into'em.  I always thought they looked bad-a$$  :mrgreen:

You get the rust issues taken care of? KTM plastics wont make that look any better. However, they will look GREAT with the PINK shock spring!  :-D Have you gotten a chance to ride that thing yet? Last I remember you had a foot of snow and hadnt gotten a chance to ride it.

i had a chance to ride it it runs nice i have a new chain for it and i need to gear it down a lot im thinking 14/45 would be nice and you better not be makeing fun of my pink spring it has feelings too you know!! lol

still waiting on this KTM----K5 fender swap its an ok start....but i know a few people that might sell you a real 500.     seriously where are the pics of the orange plastic

Maybe he should just find a katoom 550 or 440 . Stick with green that orange would be just wrong. CBX
