60 stitches from a getoff

flipped my 2000  k5  and drove the footpeg just under my kneecap  another battlescar.

its not that painful alan  but got airlifted to hospital by chopper,  i have never had knee guards but the are on the way now,  had usal gear bodyarmour  and riding gear. body armour is toast.  have a nice handel bar line across my chest.  the bike took it well just pulled one rubber mount on the handle bar mounts.   had a mate crash next race on her 09 kxf very similar and it snapped sub frame  smashed all the left hand side plastics;   cant beat the k5 for been one tough  bike. cheers.

Looks painful, stitches only?  Did you damage any tendons or ligaments in your knee?  Hope you feel better soon.

just nicked the main tendon so not to bad very lucky,  another war wound to add to the list.
