Just bought an 87 K5 motor to stuff into a Mojave just because it seemed like the thing to do. Just shipped the topend to Eric Gorr to be punched to 540 and ported.
This is my first Kawy, owned lots of bikes and am head over heals over big bore power. My Cr500 got me hooked. The old saying is so true: There is no substute for cubic inches or in bikes CCs. That roll on power has no equeal.
On a side note I've discovered that a wifes love goes up with the number of bikes you own:

I need ignition for my K5 if anybody has a flywheel,stator and cdi off a 90-up K5 or I've read I can run 96-97 KX250 parts?
