Treasure Coast Honda Kawasaki have consistently quoted me the lowest prices of any parts that I've looked for.  For the above part number for the kickstarter, they quoted me a price of $61.94 + shipping.  
Know your part number, go to there web site and ask for a quote, then after they quote it, place your order.  Takes about 3-5 days for your quote to come back and about 7 days for your order to arrive.  So, if you are in a hurry.....go down to your "friendly" kawasaki dealer.  If you know in advance what you need and don't need it tomorrow.......talk to these guys.
