Thanks Menno!!!

I'm proud of my self
In six weeks I have a race and it must be ready than!!!!
I have to make some more mods on my rads and make support points for them.
Making my exhaust fit(when I have it). Connecting the airbox to carb. Putting my clutch back into the engine.
And more small things.
Butt I'm getting there!!!!!

Some Pic's how the bike is now!! Only bad thing is that my welder made one radiator wrong. So I've cut the tubes of for the second time now. Mine exhaust demper looks like it is from a fourstroke but it is a real 2stroke unit. Think it could be streetlegal with it :-D.

SHE'S ALIVE

Finely my ride is ready. Rode the bike Yesterday and is a dream!!!! :-o
It has become better than I thought it would be!!!!!!!!
Can ride it like my old 04 RMZ/KXF250 only it sound and feels different under you!!! Much much faster and
easyer to ride a steel framed KX500( or it could be that i'm love blind :-D)

Still have to do some smal things, some parts don't like nice or want to have it changed. But she works now!!!!!!

Gonne ride it more today in Lelystad(who) and see how she holds, and if I can tame the BEAST :?

My Exhaust is a new cr500 unit from RINO Racing. For what i've hurt they are made by SPES Exhaust. Used a Rino on my
Rmz250 and My brother has one on his RM125 and my uncle on his K5.

Did the CR500 pipe need to be modified much to fit? Im on an extremely tight budget and may go this route on my project.
A couple of 03 and 04 KXs, a few YZs, 3 PE 400s, a DR and a TS.
