Im using the 250 manifold on my 04 KX250/500 conversion. The 500 manifold would put the carb into the shock. Also using a VForce 2 from a KX250. Bikes not done yet so I dont know how it works. Its taking me forever!
A couple of 03 and 04 KXs, a few YZs, 3 PE 400s, a DR and a TS.

The hole on the back side of the 250 boot is alot smaller than the one on  the 500 reducing flow thats why we also run the 500 boot on our 250's . Top end it makes a big difference and we have numbers to prove that , so I don't think the reduced flow would be good if you were hoping for top end , but mid & low should be fine.CBX
Yep, you can ride it - if YOU can start it !!

I'm using a V force 3 for a KX 500 and used a jetski stuffer and rounded off the edge of the carb holder (this holder is test one)
