crank wedge
« on: August 03, 2008, 09:01:05 AM »
There is a tool that wedges between the crank halves so that when you press the crank cases together you do not knock the crank out of true. I have been improvising this tool for years and I'm tired of doing it. Does any one know where I can buy one of these tools.

Thats the tool alright, seems like a lot of $ but then I bought mine like 10 years ago from my Kawi dealer, if I remember right I paid like 50-60$. Its one of those tools you don't use often, but when you do it's really nice to have, I guess its like alot of speciality tools, you don't need them until you need them.

By the way I like that bike with the radial engine.
