The Gnarly Desert pipe is designed to have more top end pull / over rev.

The Gnarly is designed to have more bottom and mid range pull.

Both are plated and built tough, I think 16 maybe 18 gauge steel. Thicker than most pipes.

unless you are riding desert or wide open areas i would go with the standard gnarly, they are 18 gauge thick.it is the best woods trail pipe.

I understand perfectly ...... you have been very useful.
One question: how money is good or can find lower prices?

Why not sell the original exhaust, those high-type big snake .... like this for instance?

Thanks friends  :-)

The photos for the ebay auctions do not show an actual KX500 pipe.  The 500 pipes are like you said tall snakes just like in that picture of the 500.

Yes it will look the one on the 500 in that picture.  I have bought stuff from that guy before too he is a good person,  I think his name is James.

I found this note in his auctions

NOTE: Picture may not be of Actual pipe , HOWEVER, you will recieve the the FMF pipe for the bike/quad listed in the sale!

Of course you could fab anything you wanted if you have the skill or money.  There is one low pipe out there made for Zip Ty racing.

I don't think Zip Ty has that pipe anymore.  The after market parts are drying up for the K5.  Works Connection no longer makes the radiator braces or the skid plate with water pump/stator protection.

peppe70rs,  I think it's cool that we have you as a member all the way from Italy. Viva Italy.
Platypus (the member) talked about the Zip Ty exhaust pipe.  I called Zip Ty to buy one.  They no longer make the Zip Ty exhaust.
The pictures I posted have parts that are no longer made also.  The after market part companies will soon discontinue making parts for the KX 500 because Kawasaki no longer makes the KX 500.

now I understand perfectly that ...... muffler not produce more, and even the original "big snake", which means take the muffler type Honda cr ...... I also believe that no other company sells the original muffler k5.
So what do you think you? Okay one of two that I put in the link?

Admin Thanks for the hospitality of this magnificent forum.  :-)
