Swing arm bearing (do they only come out one way)

The roller bearing that the long bolt that holds the motor in goes through. Any tips on getting them out please ?

They will come out from either side. Heat up the out side of the swing arm with a little propane torch, they should tap out with out to much trouble. When ready to install the new ones reheat the bearing area of the swing arm again and install each bearing that has already sat in your freezer for one hour, tap into the center. The side of the bearing with the writing is the side that should receive the load from tapping it in
