Would I have to modify Kips, if I put 91mm wiseco piston in my kx500?

yes you would have to weld shut the flapper, the rotarty drums are fine, or you could use a pre-89 cylinder. Where are you going to find a 91mm piston?

that would be easy to do. i would charge $250.00 to do that. that includes welding, but not replate.
