I used one back in the 80s on my 86 KX250. I didnt like it, it used a fine screen that clogged up way too fast. I was at a enduro and the bike was gradualy losing power. I checked the Sparky and found it clogged up. I took a stick and ripped out the screen to get it to run right and finish the enduro. I also used a Answer Legalizer add on spark arrestor on my 88 500. It had the turbine core style arrestor that worked much better. If you can swing it, I would get a complete spark arrestor/silecer instead of the add ons. I once lost a Answer add on that was on my 90 KX250. It was around 60-70 bucks and I only had it for a few races.
