BDI,
My favorite porting tool is a 8" long 1/4" bolt (for polishing).  Cut the head off and then cut a 1" deep slot down the center of the shaft.  You put the tip of some 1" emery (say a 12" strip) in the slot then roll it up (in the direction your grinder spins), place in a port and run the grinder.  The end of the emory wears off always leaving a new edge.  Cam.

I will post some pics of my favorites, I don't have one, there are many depending on what I'm doing. I've never polished a 4t head before so I'm not sure what I'd use.

Ok,  So I have some pictures of what I use, they come in small medium and large.

Guess I didn't get any pictures of the 1/8"  burrs. the coarse cutters are for rough cuts. My favorite is probably the extra long round ball, you have to be a little careful cause it can get away from you.

this is my fav.

http://buy1.snapon.com/catalog/item.asp?P65=yes&tool=power&item_ID=66559&group_ID=15980&store=snapon-store&dir=catalog

snap on has a new one that is faster,  Harborfreight tools sell them as well but they are slower.

Don,
Those are some serious porting tools.  Brings a tear to my eye thinking about the old days.  Last thing I flow ported was my toilet so it would quit plugging. Cam.
