Fork Tube Height

What Fork Tube Height are you running and how are you measuring it?  Base of top clamp to top of fork cap? Or Base of top clamp to top of fork tube?

Interesting reading.  I was just interested in what other riders on this site are using.  Right now I using the stock setting per the owners manual.

I run my tubes 1cm up in the clamps for tighter turning. Cam.

top of tube to clamps should run around 1/8th to 3 16 of an inch

I run top of tripple clam to first line on fork...aprox 1cm drop iirc. A little easier turn in on single track.

the factory has marks ware to position the tubes... i know that a slight change makes huge handleing differences but i dont know enough about it yet.
