Aftermarket Seat Covers
« on: October 06, 2007, 02:14:32 PM »
Hey everyone...

I'm looking for an aftermarket gripper-style seat cover for my 97 KX500.  Any ideas where I can find one?  I've looked at Denniskirk, Temecula Motorsports and some other sites but can't find one for the 500.

Thanks for the help.

The guys at Temecula Motorsports are just being lazy. Go back and tell them to order you part # 0821-0048 from Parts Unlimited. (Better yet, tell them to open the offroad Parts Unlimited catalog to page 709  :-D) There are 5 of these covers in the California warehouse as we speak and they should get it 1 day after they order it.
It is an all black gripper seat cover for '88 and up KX500's by Factory Effex.

Oh, and retail price is $49.95. Make them give you a discount for doing thier job for them! They don't call it "Temecula Order-sports" for nothin'! :-D
