drag bike getting closer...
« on: May 09, 2007, 10:04:58 AM »
finally starting to come together now. just need a longer brake line, chain + sprockets and, a motor. the swingarm extensions that i had made are adjustable and i had it on the longest setting in the pic. from 12"-14.5" over stock for racing on the ice and 6"- 8.5" for the sand. i've been kicking around the idea of having it lowered some but i think it will ruin me in the dunes.

those extentions look great . good idea. most people would have lengthened the whole swingarm. i really like the inovative thought that went into that.

oh yeah crushed velvet baby! you cant tell in the picture but it is actually a perfect match to the kawasaki purple they used to run. same with the graphics. the bike is a 2001. i think next year i might tear her back down and do everything in candy purple powder coat with kawasaki green accents. i cant wait to put it all together and get some seat time. should be fun. i will get some vids up as soon as i take some.
