« on: August 18, 2007, 04:00:35 AM »
The KXRiders.com web site will shut down for upgrades here's the note we recieved:

> To all of our Web Site customers:
>
> In an on-going effort to enhance our network and provide better
> service, we will be upgrading critical electrical wiring at our class
> B data center.  In addition we'll
> be upgrading several of our core routers.
>
> We have scheduled this maintenance for Monday, August 20th at 1:00 AM
> Mountain Standard Time.  The work is scheduled to be complete in less
> than one hour, but we are scheduling it for two hours.
>
> Colocation customers in our class B datacenter, please log into your
> servers prior to 12:50 am and shut them down cleanly.  We'll power
> them on for you when the power work is complete.  If you should not
> power them down we'll work to bring them back up from an unclean
> shutdown as fast as possible when power is restored.
>
> Due to the router upgrades, all Web Site customers will experience
> intermittent Internet connectivity during this maintenance window.
>
> Thank you for your business.
