kx5 de-compresion mod

hi all this my first post am new to the site names matt from london (uk) anway wilst browsing ebay for bits i came across a de-compresion mod auction no.220074265682 anyone had or seen anything like this seems like a good idea as im only 11st and from cold need a wall or tree to leen on otherwise cant kick! but am bit worried about handing over a perfectly good barrel to be mucked about with??? wot do reckon?? sory about crap spelling "miss spent youth cheers matt
