Who in the industry does the best port work on the KX500. I'd like a stump pulling bottom and midrange hit. Anyone that sticks out in your head as the best?

How about porting the stock reed cage? Is the Vforce II cage that much better?

if you are looking for torque "porting" is the wrong place to start.
you could get a bigger bang for your buck with a weighted flywheel, reed spacers, milling the head, changing your timing or even cheeper change your gearing.
